Using CoMission

You must be at least 13 to use CoMission. Keep your account secure and use the app lawfully and respectfully. Don't post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual involving minors, or that infringes others' rights.

Stakes are between friends

A "stake" or "commission" is a personal promise between you and your friends (for example, buying dinner). CoMission only records and displays it. We don't hold, transfer or guarantee any money or goods, and we aren't responsible for whether a promise is kept.

Your content

You own what you post. You give us permission to store and show it to the people you share it with so the app can work. You can delete your content or your account at any time.

Moderation

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. In the app you can press and hold any message or check-in to report it, and report or block a user from their profile. Blocking ends the friendship, stops new requests and hides their messages from you. We review reports within 24 hours, remove offending content and suspend accounts that break these terms. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using it.

Changes

We may update these terms; continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
